Session rates & access
Choose Visionary Guidance or Energy Alignment, with 60 or 90 minutes for either offering. All prices are in US dollars. Any applicable fees and taxes appear at checkout before you pay.

Equity and access
A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available each month for people experiencing financial hardship. You’re welcome to reach out to explore what support may be possible.
How booking and payment work
Choose your session
Select a session and available time in TidyCal, then enter your details.
Submit your request and payment
Payment is collected when you submit your booking request. You’ll receive an acknowledgment while it awaits review.
Wait for approval
Your appointment is confirmed only after approval. Payment alone does not confirm acceptance.
If your request is declined
Your session payment and any TidyCal platform fee charged for that booking are refunded to the original payment method. The $30 client-cancellation fee does not apply.
Payment methods & checkout fees
When booking through TidyCal
Use the payment methods shown for your selected session at checkout.
For separately arranged payments
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App may be available. Please confirm the method with me before sending payment.
Where applicable, TidyCal adds a 1% platform fee to Stripe bookings. TidyCal does not add this fee to PayPal payments. Review the total at checkout before paying. Any pricing updates are shown before booking.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
Life can shift. These terms explain your options for individual appointments.
Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead
No charge. Your payment transfers to the new appointment time.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead
Your session price is refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. Any TidyCal platform fee is refunded proportionally.
Cancel within 24 hours or miss a session
Payment is non-refundable. No additional cancellation or no-show charge is added.
If Healing through Visions cancels
Choose rescheduling or a full refund of your session payment and any TidyCal platform fee charged for that booking.
Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund
Refunds are processed separately from TidyCal cancellations. Contact Healing through Visions for cancellation and refund support.
When refunds are issued
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your cancellation request. For declined requests or sessions cancelled by Healing through Visions, refunds are issued within 7 business days after we notify you.
Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
A full booking refund includes any platform fee paid; a partial session refund includes the corresponding proportion of that fee. Taxes, if charged, are adjusted as applicable.
Separately quoted engagements
Your accepted proposal explains any different cancellation terms, preparation charges, or non-refundable amounts before payment. If it does not provide different cancellation terms, the individual-session policy applies.
