Before your appointment
A few helpful details so you can arrive feeling comfortable.
Preparing for your session
Bring your questions, an intention or simply yourself. For a virtual session, find a comfortable space where you can speak freely. A journal is welcome if you’d like to capture reflections.
Payment and policies
- Reschedule 24+ hours ahead: Free. Your payment transfers.
- Cancel 24+ hours ahead: Your session price is refunded minus $30.
- Cancel within 24 hours or miss your session: Non-refundable.
- If Healing through Visions cancels: Choose rescheduling or a full refund.
Refund timing: Eligible refunds are issued within 7 business days of your cancellation request, or our notice that we declined or cancelled your booking. Your payment provider may take longer to display the credit.
Session location and format
Individual virtual sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. Your meeting link appears in your booking details. In-person and on-location requests require advance coordination and are subject to availability. Any additional charges are disclosed before you agree.
Recording and transcription are optional at no additional charge for individual sessions offered with that option. Your preference is collected during booking and consent is confirmed before recording begins. You can choose an unrecorded session without transcription.
For these recorded sessions, an email with private access links to the recording and transcript is sent within 24 hours after the session. Access is restricted to the authorized participant. Stored copies are retained for up to one year from the session date and then deleted. Download your copies during that period if you want to keep them.
Any recording arrangements for group or personalized engagements require separate agreement. Read the Privacy Policy for information handling.
