About These Terms

Healing through Visions is operated by ShaaniCreates. These terms apply to www.healingthroughvisions.com and services purchased from Healing through Visions.

A separate service or engagement agreement can provide more specific terms. Where an accepted agreement differs from these general terms, its specific provisions apply to that engagement, subject to applicable law.

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. The Disclaimer explains the scope and limitations of this work.

Healing through Visions offers intuitive guidance and spiritual practices for reflection, self-discovery and connection. Offerings include Visionary Guidance, Energy Alignment and separately arranged Tailored Services or group experiences. Your chosen offering describes its scope, format and included practices.

Spiritual guidance and energy practices do not replace medical care, mental health treatment or qualified legal, tax or investment advice. Healing through Visions does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions through this work and does not provide emergency or crisis services.

Intuitive insights and spiritual interpretations are perspectives to consider. They do not guarantee what will happen or what another person will think, feel or do. Healing or specific changes in your life, relationships or finances are not promised. Client reflections describe individual experiences; your own may differ.

Booking & Payment

Use the Appointments page to select an individual session and available time. Payment is collected when you submit your TidyCal booking request. The appointment is confirmed only after approval. Check your booking communications for acceptance, meeting details and next steps.

If Healing through Visions declines your paid request, your session payment and any TidyCal platform fee charged for that booking will be refunded to the original payment method. The $30 client-cancellation fee does not apply.

Individual virtual sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. Your meeting link appears in your booking details. Please provide accurate contact information and check your inbox and spam folder. Contact Healing through Visions if meeting information is missing or you need help joining.

Prices and Fees

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your selected booking option shows its current price and duration. Checkout shows the total before you pay.

Where applicable, TidyCal adds a 1% platform fee to Stripe bookings. TidyCal does not add this platform fee to PayPal payments. A full booking refund includes any platform fee paid for that booking. A partial session refund includes the corresponding proportion of that fee. Taxes, if charged, are adjusted as applicable to the refund.

Payment methods depend on the booking or purchase platform. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Any separately arranged payment method must be agreed with Healing through Visions.

A price change does not change an already accepted booking or agreement unless you agree. See the Payments page for additional information.

Cancellations & Refunds

The following policy applies to individual appointments. It also applies to group sessions, Tailored Services and other personalized engagements unless your accepted proposal provides different cancellation terms.

Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead: There is no additional fee. Your existing session payment transfers to the new appointment, subject to availability.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead: We refund your session price minus a $30 cancellation fee. If you paid a TidyCal platform fee, you also receive a partial refund of that fee.

Cancel within 24 hours or miss the appointment: The session payment is non-refundable. No additional cancellation or no-show charge is added.

If Healing through Visions cancels: Choose rescheduling or a full refund of your session payment and any TidyCal platform fee charged for that booking.

Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking confirmation. If you cannot use it, contact Healing through Visions before the applicable deadline. Include your appointment date and the name used for booking.

Refunds are processed separately. Cancelling in TidyCal does not automatically issue a refund.

We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving your cancellation request. For declined requests or sessions cancelled by Healing through Visions, we issue refunds within 7 business days after notifying you. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Refunds are not available after a session has been provided, except where required by law. For emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, contact Healing through Visions as soon as possible.

Participation & Privacy

Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Participation is voluntary. You can ask questions, share communication or sensory preferences, decline a practice or ask to pause a session. You decide how to use the guidance and practices offered.

Discuss participation needs and practices you would like to include or avoid before booking where possible. Healing through Visions will discuss what can be accommodated before confirming the arrangement.

Recording and Transcription

Recording and transcription are optional at no additional charge for individual sessions offered with that option. Your preference is collected during booking and consent is confirmed before recording begins. You can choose an unrecorded session without transcription.

For these recorded sessions, an email with private access links to the recording and transcript is sent within 24 hours after the session. Access is restricted to the authorized participant. Stored copies are retained for up to one year from the session date and then deleted. Download your copies during that period if you want to keep them.

Any recording arrangements for a group or personalized engagement must be explained and agreed separately before recording begins. Accepting these general terms does not replace recording consent.

Respect other participants' private information. Do not record, reproduce or share another participant's contributions without their permission. Confidentiality agreements cannot guarantee another participant's actions or prevent disclosures required by law.

Tailored & Group Experiences

Contact Healing through Visions before booking or paying for Tailored Services, group sessions, in-person or on-location work and other personalized experiences. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment or commit you to a purchase.

Your proposal or agreement identifies the practices, preparation, session time, price, format and any included materials or deliverables. Payment and scheduling details are provided after your request is confirmed and you accept the quote.

In-person and on-location requests require advance coordination and are subject to availability. Any additional charges are disclosed before you agree.

Your accepted proposal explains any different cancellation terms, preparation charges or non-refundable amounts before payment. If it does not provide different cancellation terms, the individual-session policy above applies. Applicable legal rights remain in place.

Website Use & Legal Terms

Use the website and services lawfully. Do not harass participants, share their private information without permission, submit malicious material or access accounts without authorization.

Healing through Visions can decline work outside the service scope or pause participation to address consent, safety or conduct concerns. Payment consequences follow the applicable agreement and law. Ending participation does not automatically remove a valid refund right.

Content and External Resources

Website content and materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights. Unless a resource includes a broader license, permission is for your personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, publish or claim ownership of Healing through Visions materials except where permission or applicable law allows it. You may share links to public pages. Quotation and other uses permitted by law remain allowed. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their information, pricing and availability can change. Review those terms before using an external service or sharing personal information.

Availability, Liability and Governing Law

Website information can become outdated or contain errors. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, ShaaniCreates, as the operator of Healing through Visions, is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website or service use. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove mandatory consumer rights or override an express service obligation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.

Updates and Questions

Updated terms will identify their update date. Changes do not retroactively replace an accepted booking, purchase or engagement agreement without your agreement or as permitted by law.
