Mercury Day Ritual
This ritual is for clearing mental fog, strengthening your communication, and calling in aligned words and messages. Use it in the morning, before an important conversation, or anytime you feel mentally blocked.

Gather your materials. You’ll need a yellow or light blue candle, a pen and paper or journal, a piece of blue lace agate or fluorite (or a crystal that helps you focus), and a cup of peppermint or lemongrass tea.

Set the space. Sit somewhere quiet where you can speak aloud without hesitation. Light your candle. Place your crystal beside it. Hold your tea or place it in front of you like an offering. Let this be a moment of attunement to the voice within.

Breathe into clarity. Take three full breaths, imagining each inhale cleansing your mind and each exhale clearing your throat. Visualize a soft blue light swirling around your head and heart, connecting your thoughts and emotions into one aligned message.
