My Journey
Growing up and well into adulthood, I experienced challenges and obstacles that made it difficult for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But through the kindness of others and my own resilience, I was able to overcome these challenges and find my purpose in life which is:
- Living as my evolving authentic self is my top priority. I believe everyone has a unique purpose in life, and it’s important to honor and embrace our true selves in order to fulfill that purpose. I strive to be true to myself every day, even when it means stepping outside of my comfort zone.
- Knowing that I am worthy is a fundamental belief that has taken me years to cultivate. This is a daily practice that involves recognizing my inherent value as a human being and treating myself with kindness and respect.
- Playing is an important part of life that once got overlooked in my busy schedule. For me, connecting with my inner child means taking time to pursue hobbies, spending time with loved ones, and doing things that bring me joy.
- Getting lots of rest is essential for my physical and mental health. It allows me to recharge my batteries and approach each day with renewed energy and focus.
- Forming meaningful connections with amazing beings is one of the greatest joys of life. Whether it’s through friendships, romantic relationships, or professional collaborations, connecting with others allows me to learn, grow, and feel supported.
- Helping people develop a process for living an authentic, empowering, and loving life is my life’s work. Through my coaching and spiritual consultation services, I strive to empower others to live their best lives by helping them overcome obstacles, cultivate self-awareness, and tap into their inner wisdom and strength.
As I worked through my own struggles, I began to realize that there are many others out there who are facing similar challenges and could benefit from the same support and encouragement that helped me. That’s when I decided to devote my life to helping others overcome their obstacles and find their own purpose and passion.
