Energetic Sovereignty
Protecting Your Spiritual Space with Intention and Power
I don’t just shield myself from unwanted energy. I command the field around me.
This is energetic sovereignty. It isn’t driven by fear or paranoia. It’s rooted in power and choice. I decide what enters my space and what stays out. I don’t wait to feel violated before acting. I build my force fields every day, often before I even open my eyes.
Not everyone who enters your energetic field does so with love. Some arrive with curiosity, others with envy. Some don’t realize they’re being invasive. And yes, some project themselves into spaces they don’t belong. That doesn’t make me helpless. It activates my mastery.
We don’t always talk about energetic boundaries in the same way we talk about physical ones. But they matter just as much—if not more. Some of the deepest exhaustion I’ve ever felt came not from my schedule, but from leaving my field open to people, spirits, and systems that had no business being there.
When I began consciously working with my energetic field, I started noticing just how often I felt watched, drained, or pulled at. And not always from obvious sources. That’s when I realized I didn’t want to just clear energy after something happened. I wanted to cultivate a field that didn’t let it in to begin with.
That shift in perspective changed everything for me.
Start with Intention
Before I begin building my field, I return to myself. I pause. I listen. I open the space around me and within me. I consciously choose to move from clarity and rootedness. It’s about presence. I ask my body:
- What am I protecting today?
- What am I holding close?
- Where do I feel open, and is that openness safe or vulnerable?
- What does protection mean to me in this moment?
I check in with my body to witness and observe. I scan gently from head to toe, noticing what’s pulsing, what’s tight, what’s tender. I ask my body:
- Where do I feel grounded? Where do I feel stretched?
- What does it feel like to be safe—right now?
Sometimes safety feels like a soft exhale. Like warmth wrapping around my chest. Sometimes it’s the sense that I’m fully in my skin—no leaking, no watching over my shoulder. Other times it’s as subtle as a slowed heartbeat or a whisper in my gut saying yes, you’re okay now.
And sometimes I notice I don’t feel safe. That’s information too. Not a failure—just an invitation to honor what’s real and create what’s needed.
This moment of intention reminds me that protection isn’t just about keeping things out. It’s also about keeping me in. Intact. Centered. Whole. It’s about preserving my peace, tending to my sensitivity, honoring the sacredness of my nervous system, my home, my time, my boundaries.
I get clear on what I want to experience in the space I’m holding. Do I want quiet? Clarity? Focus? Joy? Ancestral connection? Then I let those desires settle into my awareness—not as demands, but as energetic seeds.
I don’t force anything. I let the intention rise in its own language. Sometimes it speaks in images. Sometimes in sensations. Sometimes in a sentence I didn’t expect:
- Only love may enter here.
- My joy is not up for negotiation.
- I am allowed to take up space—unbothered.
- Nothing that drains me has access today.
I hold space for the feeling behind the words. I let that feeling expand. I let it become the heartbeat of my practice. Only when I feel connected to that inner truth—my why—do I begin to build the field.
My Daily Force Field Practice
Over time, I’ve developed a living, breathing rhythm that weaves protection into my daily life. This practice is not rigid. It changes with the seasons, with my cycle, with what I’m navigating. But the bones of it stay steady. Here’s how I move:
✅ I start with visualization – I construct, amplify, and expand a force field around my body, home, space, property, and car. I generally use expansive spheres as my visual for protection—soft, luminous, intelligent orbs of energy that respond to my direction.
I begin with my body, then ripple outward to include my bedroom, my home, my property, my neighborhood, and any other space I’m energetically connected to. I work in layers. I draw energy from the elements—air, fire, water, and especially Earth—and infuse it into my field and the energy balls I create.
I often pull grounding power directly from the Earth, letting it rise through my feet and spine to charge and strengthen everything I build. I use energy balls not just for protection, but also for play and purpose. They carry intention, memory, and motion—and they know exactly where to go.
✅ I use color magic to code the shield – Each color I choose holds a specific frequency that matches my intention. Gold forms a divine, impenetrable armor. Electric blue clears cords and sharpens boundaries. Deep violet shields psychic entry points. Green brings in restoration. White holds neutrality and clarity.
Sometimes I layer them. Sometimes one color is enough. I let the color emerge from the moment—whether I see it, feel it, or just know it. The shield becomes alive with that hue, humming in tune with my spirit.
✅ I engage my hands through mudras – These gestures lock in energy, activate ancient memory, and anchor my protection in the physical. My hands often move without planning—they remember. I use Prithvi Mudra (thumb and ring finger) to ground my field into the Earth and steady my energy after emotional or energetic shifts.
When I need focus, alignment, or truth to cut through distortion, I turn to Gyan Mudra (thumb and index finger). These shapes carry codes—subtle but undeniable—and I feel them reinforce the shield as soon as I form them.
✅ I bring in music – I let rhythm, sound, or frequency support the shield. Sometimes I hum or tone to match the vibration I’m calling in. Other times, I play ritual tracks that stir something ancestral, deep, or cosmic.
I have accessible playlists that match the depths and ranges of my emotions, feelings, moods, and thoughts. Some are for clearing. Some for joy. Some for mourning. Some for remembering. The vibration does the weaving for me—and my field responds.
✅ I move my body – My body is the brushstroke of the ritual. Movement isn’t always big or dramatic. Sometimes I sway gently. Sometimes I stretch long and slow. Other times I dance with fire, stomp, shake, or drop into stillness.
The way I move tells my energy how to settle, how to shield, how to strengthen. Movement helps seal the field in place. It grounds the vision. It brings it into the now.
✅ I speak intentions aloud – I use my voice when I want the vibration of my words to land in the space around me. Other times, I whisper them like secrets into the field. Sometimes I only think them with clarity and still feel the shift.
Words have power—especially when spoken from the body. I might say, I am protected. I am clear. My space is sealed. Only what serves me may enter. The intention knows where to go.
✅ I refresh this field daily – In the morning. At night. Before a drive. After a conversation. When I wake from a strange dream. Before I log on. After a session. I don’t wait until something feels off. I tend to the field like a living part of me.
All throughout the day, I call my power back to me whole—gently, firmly, without shame. I disconnect from what’s not mine and safely detach from lingering threads of energy. This keeps my field clear, responsive, and mine.
✅ I listen to my intuition – She speaks in subtle nudges, in sudden shifts, in full-body yeses and quiet nos. She tells me when my shield needs reinforcing, when I’ve let too much in, or when it’s time to soften and receive.
No app, no calendar, no script can replace that inner guidance. I follow her. She never leads me wrong.
My practice is about how energy feels in my body, in my field, in my spirit. Sometimes I build it with fire and intensity. Other times it’s soft, loving, maternal. Sometimes it’s all business—clear, firm, no entry. Every version is valid. Every version works for me.
And while this practice is mine, you can shape your own. You don’t need my exact colors, sounds, or movements. You need to trust your way of connecting. Protection is a birthright. Not a performance.
Build Your Field
If you’re new to working with your energy field, or if you want something simple and powerful you can return to at any moment, this guided visualization invites you into the practice. You can do this in the morning before you start your day, at night before sleep, or whenever you feel a little too open. This is about presence. Start where you are.
✅ Breathe deep – Inhale slowly through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. Do this a few times. Let your body soften just enough to receive the moment. No need to rush. Just begin to settle into yourself.
✅ Visualize your inner light – In the center of your chest, imagine a glowing orb of light. This is your essence—radiant, whole, unshakable. It might be warm or cool. Still or moving. Let it appear however it wants to. There’s no wrong way to see yourself.
✅ Let it expand – With every breath, allow that orb of light to grow. See it move through your chest, your shoulders, your spine, your hands, your legs. Let it stretch beyond your skin until it surrounds you in a gentle, pulsing field. This is your energetic force field—and it’s alive with you.
✅ Choose your color – Let your spirit choose. Gold for divine protection. Electric blue for clearing. Violet for psychic shielding. White for neutrality. Let the color come to you intuitively. It may shift over time or layer like a sunrise. Let it wash through your field.
✅ Play with texture – Give the field a texture that matches your mood or intention. Misty. Glassy. Silken. Metallic. Porous. Bouncy. Sharp. You might change it daily. Let your imagination sculpt what protection looks and feels like for you.
✅ Use mudras or hand gestures – Bring your hands into it. You might touch your heart, stretch your arms wide, or hold a grounding mudra like Prithvi or a focus mudra like Gyan. Let your body show you what it needs. Even the simplest gesture can lock the energy in place.
✅ Incorporate sound – Let sound help shape the space. You might hum, tone, chant, whisper, or play music that shifts your vibration. Let the sound move through your body and ripple into your field. Sound tells your energy what to do—and it listens.
✅ Move your body – There’s no choreography here. Just let your body participate. Rock. Stretch. Sway. Dance. Shake. Stillness counts too. Whatever helps you feel more present in your body is welcome. Movement brings your field into form.
✅ Speak your intention – When the energy feels anchored, speak clearly—out loud or silently. Try something like: “This space belongs to me. Only love and alignment may enter. I am safe. I am protected. I am well. I am sovereign.” Let the words come from your center.
✅ Check in often – You don’t need to wait until something feels wrong. Refresh your field as often as you feel the need—after conversations, before travel, after dreaming, during energetic work, or just because you feel like it. The more you check in, the more your field begins to respond automatically.
Let this be something you enjoy. Something that feels like brushing your teeth or putting on your favorite fragrance. Don’t wait until your boundaries are breached. Build your field because it feels good to be in command of your energy. Build it because you deserve to feel safe inside yourself.
Your energetic space is sacred. And you are the architect.
Living in the Field
Building your field is a sacred act. Maintaining it is an ongoing relationship. Once the structure is in place—once your body, breath, and intention have called it forward—the invitation becomes learning how to live inside it. How to stay connected, attentive, and responsive to the energy you’ve shaped around and within you.
Your field is alive. It shifts with your mood, your thoughts, your level of rest, your clarity, your environment. Some days, your force field might feel steady and expansive without needing much from you. Other times, it will need your attention every few hours. That isn’t regression. It’s not failure. It’s an indication that you are attuned—sensitive enough to notice when something feels off and present enough to do something about it.
The truth is, even the strongest energetic boundaries can weaken when you’re overextended, emotionally raw, or absorbing too much stimulation. Often, it’s not spiritual interference or energetic attack that disrupts your field—it’s the accumulation of subtle, everyday moments that disconnect you from yourself.
Moments like saying yes when your body said no. Staying in a conversation too long. Holding emotional space for others when you had none for yourself. Scrolling longer than your spirit could handle. Skipping rest because you thought you had to keep pushing. Those are the quiet leaks—the ones that don’t seem urgent but eventually drain the field you so lovingly built.
Sometimes the field dims because your nervous system is overloaded. Sometimes because you haven’t hydrated or eaten something grounding. Sometimes because you didn’t get a moment to just be without a task or a request tugging at your energy. This is why tending to your field isn’t just about spiritual practice, it’s about care. It’s about noticing what you need and choosing to honor that in real time.
When you feel your shield flickering, you don’t need to start over. You simply return. Close your eyes. Take a breath. Call your energy back to you gently, without blame or urgency. Reconnect with the feeling of safety in your body. Reaffirm the boundaries that serve your peace. Adjust the textures, colors, and layers of your field if something feels out of place. Energy doesn’t shame you. It responds.
Integration means knowing that the practice continues after the ritual ends. It means recognizing that your energy field is in conversation with your choices. Your environment. Your presence. You don’t need to be perfect to stay protected—you need to be present. Present enough to notice when the edges of your field get soft. Present enough to choose yourself again.
Your protection doesn’t have to be rigid to be powerful. It can be flexible, dynamic, and responsive—just like you. Living in your field is a form of sacred self-respect. It’s not about control. It’s about communion. Every time you return to your body, your breath, and your truth, your field remembers. And it strengthens.
